RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, OR REFUNDS
We will accept returns if;
Faulty items or wrong products should be communicated with 2 days of receiving the item by emailing info@craftedbotswsana.com. Any reports made after 2 days not be accepted and will be regarded as null and void.
Items should disperse for return with 5 days of receiving the product and Crafted Botswana should be notified with proof of shipping within these 5 days.
Crafted Botswana will pay the costs of return:
i)if the products are faulty
ii)if the wrong product was delivered.
The product may be replaced or the customer may exchange with goods of the same amount.
Refunds will be made in the event that the product is out of stock or we are unable to reach a consensus with the customer.
If the customer changes their mind about the product, they may return it provided the product has not been damaged, altered while at the hands of the consumer, and is in the original packaging. No refunds will be made however a customer may exchange goods of the same amount.
Should the customer return the product because they have changed their mind about the item, they will be liable for the cost of return.
